Our services

CreditGo LLC provides consumer credit repair services, including reviewing your credit reports, identifying inaccurate, unverifiable, or unfair negative items, preparing and submitting disputes on your behalf, and providing credit-building guidance. A separate written service agreement will govern the details of any services you purchase.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use our services.

No guarantee of results

Credit results vary from person to person and depend on your individual credit situation. No honest company can guarantee specific results, and by law we do not. We commit to real work, transparency, and a lawful process.

Fees and billing

Our services may include a one-time fee and a recurring monthly fee. The exact fees, billing dates, and what is included will be disclosed to you before you enroll and in your written service agreement. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your services at any time by contacting us by email at [email protected] or by phone at 978-421-4418. Under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act, you also have the right to cancel your contract, without charge, within three business days of signing it. Any refunds beyond this right are governed by your written service agreement.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, to supply any documents we reasonably need, and to use our services lawfully. You are responsible for reviewing communications from the credit bureaus and creditors.

Your consumer rights

You have rights under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), including the right to dispute inaccurate information on your own credit reports for free, and the right to receive required disclosures and a written contract before services begin. You may cancel your contract within three business days as described above.

Communications consent

By contacting us or opting in, you consent to receive communications from us by phone, text message, email, and WhatsApp. See our Privacy Policy for details on text messaging and how to opt out.

Intellectual property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to CreditGo LLC and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Disclaimer

CreditGo LLC provides credit repair services and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Information on our website is for general purposes only.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CreditGo LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CreditGo LLC from any claims arising out of your misuse of our website or services or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire.
